Well guys, honestly the information given in the video is very vague. However, Maria Rondon would say the following:
"No wonder that there is discrimination against Afro-Colombians in Colombia"

"The government should create more politics and programs for avoid discrimination not only against Afrocolombians, but also against every minority group"
